Dream Bullock is a multi-talented visual and digital artist with a strong background in fashion illustration and graphic design. As The Garment League’s lead fashion illustrator and instructor for youth programming, Dream is dedicated to nurturing young creatives through innovative artistic education. In addition to teaching, Dream also serves as the Board Secretary for The Garment League, contributing to the organization’s strategic growth and development.
